How can I control my emotions with meditation?

‘Soul Breath Meditation’ which is taught at a Life Force Meditation Retreat does only one thing. That is to connect you to your soul/heart/inner truth. When you learn this simple technique and have integrated it into your life, you will always have the inner knowing of the heart.

Living from this inner truth you no longer feel the need to be reactive to your surroundings and people around you that are speaking from their personality or ego (and not their heart). There is then nothing to control. You will simply know how to ‘Observe and Respond’ rather than ‘Absorb and React’.
