How is a Life Force Retreat different to other retreats?

At a Life Force Retreat you first learn a simple yet profound ancient meditative technique called ‘Soul Breath Meditation’, which is nothing more than learning how to connect to your soul/heart/inner truth.

It is from this connection that you will know how to truly live a life of energetic integrity. (See Q&A on Energetic Integrity) During the retreat we will explore what this means in day-to-day life and how, from this state of being, you will always be able to feel that which is right for you and that which will harm or drain your energy.

The Soul Breath Meditation is a way of living, not just a practice that you do for a certain part of your day to escape or relax. Once the easy to learn technique is mastered, it only need be practiced for a few minutes a day or as needed to re-connect you to your inner truth, so that you may live a life in harmony. After a while you will always be connected and live in energetic truth. By this time we don’t call it meditation, but being ‘gentle’ and ‘connected’.

During the retreat you will also have a different understanding of nutrition and health. By the time you leave the retreat you will be able to ‘feel’ and ‘know’ that which is good for you and that which may harm you. From this understanding you will be able to look after the health of your body with new light.
