was in a bad marriage, but your program showed me otherwise & I was able to clear my
issues. Now life is heaps better and now doors are opening for my creative pursuits.”

Tejakula, a village on the northern coast of Bali

The search for an ideal location for the Life Force Retreats led to Tejakula, a village on the northern coast of Bali, far removed from tourism areas.

The venue for the retreat is Gaia-Oasis Beach Resort, located on the outskirts of Tejakula in a remote area that is quite difficult to find. Gaia-Oasis is a sanctuary of peace next to a quiet beach with Balinese bungalows dotted amongst high coconut trees and exotic vegetation. Behind the resort, spectacular mountain ranges cascade down to the Bali Sea.

Gaia-Oasis is about 2.5 hours by road from Denpasar Airport. The fascinating journey presents a snapshot of the daily life of Bali, passing through villages, lakes, temples, towns and spectacular scenery.

Gaia OasisAccommodation at Gaia-Oasis consists of a small number of spacious bungalows with individual terraces overlooking the ocean. Local customs and traditions have influenced the creation of these buildings.

Within the resort are numerous quiet places for relaxation - lounge-chairs, hammocks, Bale Bengongs and around the pool overlooking the ocean. The black sand and pebble beach with its coral banks in the sea forms a natural border. You can take long walks, collect shells, go snorkelling, listen to the gentle sound of the ocean, experience stunning sunrises and watch traditional fishing boats in the mornings and evenings.

The restaurant is a typical open style Balinese building, located next to the ocean. The restaurant is a typical open style Balinese building, located next to the ocean. The food is superb with a buffet of healthy fresh dishes served three times daily from the Indonesian and international kitchen (plus afternoon desserts). There are many choices and the delicious meals are predominately vegetarian and fresh seafood (chicken can be arranged). Fresh bottled drinking water and a variety of teas, coffee and cocoa are complimentary throughout the day.

You will be pampered with a variety of treatments at the Wellness Centre. Experienced Balinese staff lovingly pamper you with a range of massages.

The seminar room is an octagonal Balinese style building with a light terrazzo stone floor, a mandala of fresh flowers and a beautiful stone statue of a Balinese goddess overlooking the room from her alcove. It is an idyllic setting for meditating and to meet at the beginning of each day.

The delightful staff at Gaia-Oasis live locally and are friendly, relaxed and attentive. Locals continue to live their traditional lifestyle and are unaffected by tourism. Bali’s culture is mainly influenced by Hinduism. In barely any other place in the world are daily life, religion, art and landscape moulded to such a fascinating unity.

While Gaia-Oasis is far removed from the ‘tourism bustle’, there are still many interesting sights to see locally. Participants will experience local traditions that cannot be found in the tourist books, including a visit to the local markets, interesting morning walks, a Dolphin Sunrise Tour in a traditional fishing boat and some other surprises.

Why Bali?

Bali still walks the rhythm of gentle time. The universe sends its magnetic waves through our solar system in the same way the body of a human being radiates magnetism. On our planet there are many magnetic grids, however two main energy flows cross each other at two places on the earth - in Peru on Lake Titikaka and on the island of Bali. Those magnetic fluids generate extraordinary sources of energy and knowledge at the places of intersection. In Bali the ancient knowledge has been preserved through Bali’s powerful and ancestral religious tradition. In Bali all such sites are marked by temples. Balinese visit these temples (on average) 200 days a year for purification and in the conviction that they act as ‘conduits of energy’ through their connection with the earth.

Bali still walks the rhythm of gentle time. Gracious hospitality for guests and participation in daily rituals dedicated to the Gods remain the way of life. The magnetic healing influence of Bali presents an ideal environment for the Life Force Retreats.

Gaia-Oasis epitomises what a ‘retreat’ should be - a remote peaceful location in a tropical paradise with friendly relaxed service, excellent food, stimulating surroundings, pampering, fascinating cultural experiences and an integrated holistic program. It is an oasis ‘away from the world’ for one week to liberate your mind and set up a positive future.
